We want you to love your INDOORNEST purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees apply.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to return: Contact us at [email protected] or call (206) 555-0147 to request a return authorization. We will provide instructions for shipment. You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable) unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
